We recommend having a read through our FAQ’s before booking your private boat charter with us. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to enquire with us.
No. We don’t allow straight bottles of spirits on board. We encourage responsible drinking. No shooters are allowed to be consumed.
Please provide plenty of alternative non alcoholic choices, along with plenty of food. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully, prior to booking.
Swan River Charters: Maximum of 32 passengers
Carnac Island and Rottnest Island: Maximum of 20 passengers
These are very strict maximum numbers and we can not go over this capacity.
These hours are confirmed at your time of booking, any changes will incur a fee.
Swan River Charters: A minimum of 4 hours and recommended maximum 6 hours.
Carnac Island Charters: A minimum of 4 hours and recommended maximum 6 hours (pick up and drop off location Fremantle only)
Rottnest Island Charters: A minimum of 7 hours and recommended maximum 9 hours (pick up and drop off location Fremantle only)
Our main jetties pick up and drop off locations are East Street Jetty Fremantle, Sardine Jetty Fremantle and Barrack Street Jetty Pier 1. Click here to find the Jetty locations.
Please note there is an additional fee for pick up and drop off at Barrack Street Jetty.
You book the boat, which comes with the Skipper and Crew. You provide your own food, drinks and ice for the day, this keeps your costs of the event down. However if you would like catering for your event we can advise you of some recommended caterers.
You need to ensure that there is enough food and non alcoholic choices for your event. We encourage responsible drinking and service of alcohol.
Unfortunately weather conditions are beyond our control. If your cruise is on the river, there are many locations our skippers can anchor up to shelter from the weather. Our Saloon is all enclosed to keep you dry. In the event of severe weather conditions, the skipper has the right to cancel the charter due to safety concerns for patrons and crew. We will endeavour to reschedule where possible.
Please note during peak seasons : November, December and January it is very difficult to reschedule due to availability.

Yes we charge a bond fee. If there are no incidents onboard, your bond will be returned to you within 14 days.
Yes. We ask for the deposit of 30% be paid to confirm your booking, with full payment made 7 working days prior to your charter date. If a bond is not received for the booking you may lose that date.
Cancellations of your charter will result in a forfeit of your deposit. If cancellations are made 7 days prior to charter date Primetime Charter reserves the right to charge the full cost of the charter.
The skipper has the right to cancel the charter at any time of the event, due to climatic conditions, disruptive patrons (endangering the safety of staff and other patrons) and mechanical faults. If the charter is cancelled due to patrons behaviour you will not receive a refund.
Yes we do. This is emailed to your prior to your Charter. We want your day to run as smoothly as possible. If you have any questions regarding your cruise please contact us immediately and we will assist you.
– Please ensure that you and your guest arrive at your chosen pick up point at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
– Remember to bring Ice – approximately 9 bags will be good on our onboard esky.
– Have you organised your food? Do you have enough food?
– Have you organised your drinks?
– Have you organised enough water for the day?
– Are all your guest aware of the pick up location and departure time?
– Have you packed your sunscreen, towel and hat?
